We were intimidated by our kitchen remodel. Our tiny kitchen was the center of activity – as a family with three very active kids and two adults who work full-time, the idea of losing the kitchen was scary! The evening Jim reviewed the bid and the contract, we knew we’d be in good hands. From the outset, Jim explained all of the things the Finesse crew would do to make our lives easier during the construction: from the secured plastic sheeting in the kitchen area, to the sink and the hot pad in the garage, from start to finish Jarek and Jim ensured that our needs as a family were met. 

 

From a business standpoint, Jarek and Jim were transparent from beginning to end. Sending receipts and an updated budget weekly, there was never any question as to where we stood financially. Working with the office staff at Finesse was easy; if we had any questions, a number of people were only a phone call or a text away. The Finesse crew was also extremely flexible throughout the project while maintaining a consistent eye on budget and overall project timing.

 

Though our kitchen was small, our project was fairly extensive. From knocking down walls, and replacing outdoor siding to adding insulation, removing carpet, and adding to the wood floor, we were able to experience the scope of the work Finesse Builder is capable of. Jarek and Jim were sure to ensure we understood any concerns they had with surprises in the house, and they made sure that nothing minor went unnoticed. We were consulted regularly, and always had a sense of what was being worked on at any particular time.

 

Our entire kitchen area is completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier. We refer Finesse Builder any chance we have an opportunity and for our next house project, plan on using their services again.
